Stubby lives! sff_corgi made this for me right after Order of the Phoenix was released. It's a little bit of denial, a little bit of this and that, a little bit of roleplay. It's Jason Carter teaching an acting class, really, but he was always my idea of a right fine Sirius Black anyway.


Mister Burns! The keyword for this is excellent and that is what I think of when I see this picture, but I have to be a rebel and only use a graphical representation of the word, don't I. Also, in case anyone doesn't know, I live in the beautiful Springfield-like Pacific northwest, home of Matt Groening and The Simpsons. It's only appropriate.


Fuck's sake. Spike looks so perfectly bewildered and disgusted, doesn't he? I probably wear this expression more than any other in these two weeks leading up to the election.


Thursday night JEARS. If you don't know and don't watch Lost, well, it's on Thursday nights and Jack usually bursts into tears at least once every episode. Jack's tears=JEARS, and... this was made by the lovely iconseeyou.


Got sushi? No? Let's go! The presentation is so pretty! And so random! And did I say pretty? I love sushi. When I broke vegetarianism for seafood, it was all sushi's fault.


Wet dog. Yeah. Some days are just kind of like that. This is from Cowboy Bebop Session 2, Stray Dog Strut, in which the man who hates kids, pets, and women with attitude ends up with a dog of his very own who, of course, allows himself to be rescued then literally bites the hand that feeds him. I'm not in a great mood, okay? It's pretty much Spike's mantra.

Sounds like the kind of character you'd do really well with too. I've played females -- Hero, and now Sun, and a few others -- but they're really not my milieu for play. I kind of like the bad boys. Go figure. :D But both these ladies pretty much kick ass, so that part makes it easier.

Also, I was missing Wolfwood and Vesper the other day.

I missed Vesper so much I put her in over at mixed_muses, just for old times sake. Wolfwood...man, what a character. I need to watch some Trigun--bet he'll to catch that old spark again.

Man, they were fun.

As for kickass ladies...well, you know me. For some reason I find guys easier to voice like that...my girls by and large seem to be pretty feminine. Kind of the polar opposite of your bad boys. In that vein, I'd be SO interested to see what you would do with, say, Ennis or Jack Twist.

Ennis would be all gruff cowboy emo and Jack would be all HEY ENNIS WHY SO SERIOUS.

And then Ennis would tell Jack "shave that ridiculous thing off your lip or I'll tear it off myself."

I'm totally in love with that Outpost thread where Gren asked Wolfwood to give him last rites if need be and made him executor of his will. I've read that a few times since and man, that's just great. Couldn't have done it without you. ♥

Well, if you ever have to kill Gren off, just let me know. :D Except...can you imagine? Wolfwood would be totally out of his depth. He'd pull it off somehow, though.
