I must say a lot of the scenery reminds me of the Philippines, but I don't think the roadside signs are as cool and I don't think I've ever been as close to the rainforest. Thank you for sharing pictures!

Those pictures are awesome! You look like you had a great time. Hannah on the bus looks all, "Why yes, I am a sophisticated world traveler!" And the baby monkey is adorable - he needs a LOL caption, something like, "I sense a disturbance in the Force."

Very nifty pictures! I don't know what I was expecting from Belize, but... that wasn't it. ^_^ [/weird] I also forgot about the British influence, although I'm sure it isn't anywhere nearly as strong as it used to be.

that soudns wonderful. nice to have notes comig nwit hit. i get at least a vague silhouet of what it oucld look adn soudn like.
adn wow mangroves....and reading in a rainforest. (what boosk did youread though? i'm alwasy stupid and take stuff on a trip that fits the mood and isnt' taking me anywhere that's complletely opposite to where iam ,if that maeks sense.)
