You are one of the only people I still know who knows the proper terminology for heading north along the Atlantic ocean ("up the coast"). I hope your birthday has been fantastic, and may your upcoming year be filled with comic books, the very best in gardening and cooking and writing and playing. Here's to a year of creativity and success and happiness, and the usual love and health wishes also apply.

Silly people. They say "I'm going up to the coast" or here, "over to the coast," not "hey! Going up the coast for a few days! It'll be wicked!"
