Eh, I'm kind of tired.
Of all of it. Still slogging through all the comments on
news and I've come to the conclusion that about half of the 13,062,503 LJ owners are total asshats. Actually, I'd love a count of how many journals are active. Numbers are all well and good, but that's awfully inflated. People create journals and never use them, never update them, never post comments from them. I'd be curious to know what the active number of users is.
But honestly, I don't really care that much. It's just a curiosity. So if you're reading this, tell me something good that has nothing to do with LJ.

Date: 2007-06-01 05:08 am (UTC)Hannah just read Maximum Ride #1 in one sitting. She liked it. I haven't read it yet to know exactly what it's about, but she got a few Amazon gift certificates for her birthday and ordered all 3 books in the series. She saw them recommended in a review for some fan art on DeviantArt and knew she'd like them.
I'm glad the first book lived up to her expectations.
She also likes Shakespeare, Matt Groening, and Tolkien in addition to Diana Wynne Jones and Terry Pratchett. she's got varied tastes, my 12-year-old.
