What the hell's a FYI?

LA-direction.
We're going to Disneyland. Then we're going to have fun in the desert. Then on Sunday if we feel like it, we might catch the Red Sox at the Padres. Then on Monday we're going to lounge by the pool and drink conspicuously blue drinks. I'm going to insist on fine dining and fine wining. Not whining.
In other words, we're having a little family vacation, and it's been too long since we did, so I'm off. I'll bring Señor Laptop, aka Little Dragon, but don't expect to see me. At all. I'm going AWOL.

chrysantza, I got the package today. Mmm. I'm wearing Mars right now. it's kind of a floral-patchouli-some-earth-scent-undertone. I like it. Thank you! And I also want to wave a little shoutout to livii for being on the early bandwagon with this particular Amy Winehouse track. You got it right, miss. It's one of those songs that gets stuck in your brain and you can't get rid of it no matter how many times you hit your head against the top of the bureau.
And because I neglected to note the occasion yesterday:
