Happy birthday,
bucketgirl! I don't know you well, but I respect what you have to say. May this year bring you everything you need and everything you want and may it fill your heart with happiness.
It's my day off. I haven't decided what to do yet, but I know a trip to the bookstore is on the docket. I don't know about the rest of you but I already have more books than I could possibly ever read. But I keep buying more, and I keep thinking that at least it's a healthy obsesssion. Not like too much alcohol or taking drugs and you may or may not know I really do neither of those. I take an Advil occasionally for my tendinitis and I do live in a great place for growing wine grapes, but I drink so rarely. It makes me tired and silly and then I can't indulge my other personalities and as you can see, I'm big on train-of-thought and seeing where it takes me. I write my fiction the same way: I am not one of those to plot out every detail in advance and make an outline. I like to see where the story brings me because it's a lot more fun that way.
And if I don't like it I will scrap huge sections of it wholesale and throw them away and do it better.
And all that is neither here nor there. I might watch some anime. I might not. I might read every single thread on Dogstar. I might kick everyone off except Medeni and ask them all to reapply (teachers too). I might go write an involved treatise on the care and feeding of Clabberts;I have to Charlie has to do that eventually, just like he did with Common Welsh Greens this summer.
Or I might just take a nap. It's autumn here, early and with a vengeance. Anyone want temps in the low 60s and showers off and on, come on over. You can help me clean house.
Oh, and stole this from
jiminyc and yes, it makes me very happy to have this result:

You're the Tower of Terror. You're probably the
best ride at Disney World. Everyone loves you,
you're exciting and have a great story behind
you
