Hot and Tired and Too Many Cartoons

Hannah's having a blast of a summer but I don't want to sit here in the heat watching any more episodes of SpongeBob Squarepants.

More than anything, I'm just tired. We had a nice thunderstorm overnight which cooled things off for the morning, but now it's just hot again. Cap'n Jack is stretched out on the table outside on the kitchen deck, looking for all intents and purposes like a very grey dustmop. I was going to take Hannah to dinner, but I'm really just not at all motivated.

I want a nap.
