First, happy birthday to
misslucyjane. I hope you have an amazing and fun day!
Second, this poem is just....
Third, we have a writing challenge active! The theme is at night, every sound is magnified and it's open until May 7. Any fandom, any rating. There are three ficlets there already, so go read and have fun.
Fourth, there's also a writing challenge at
815survivors and the latest entry there has no spoilers beyond Season 1 for the curious. For those of you who've been asking for writing challenges, you ought to know that you can borrow those prompts for anything at all you want to write. I'm not picky.
And last but not least, did you play at Lostscape yet? It's kind of fun, and there are little teaser clips too.
Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone! Less than two months until House of Many Ways: plenty of time to reread Howl's Moving Castle and Castle in the Air before then.

Honestly, thank you for pointing out that poem. I might have glossed over it otherwise; I do that sometimes. It's just so... *puts on english major litcrit hat* rich and poignant and full and tight, and there's not even room in there to breathe because it's such a cacophony of images and sounds. *takes off pretentious hat that no longer suits me* It's phenomenal. I want to just keep reading it and reading it.
