Oh, I agree completely! Its one of the reasons I became so less fond of Mrs.Weasley in how she treated Sirius. I wanted to reach into OotP and slap the living daylights out of her when she said Sirius wasn't there for Harry because he was in Azkaban! Like he chose that?! *hates Mrs. Weasley* And I grew less fond of Lupin as well, because he was always comforting Mrs. Weasley, but not once does he comfort Harry! And we never see him really comfort Sirius, save for in PoA when he "embraces him like a brother".
I agree with you on everything you said, and then some. I almost want to slap Harry for not even opening the mirror Sirius gave him! OotP was, in my opinion, the worst book. Purely for the fact that so many unfair things happened, and if someone would have just stood up for Harry, or if Harry had used his common sence...so much more could have been done!
Grrr! Now I'm in an angry state! I really do love Sirius more than any other character in the book, and it tears my heart out to see how so many near-sighted people never took the time to try to understand him! He was dealt such injustice!
