I can't really understand the remoderlers thing (though it does sound annoying) cause most of the time my family does all the remodleling themselves.
Though with that old lady, geeze, how stupid would you have to be? Usually the more people tell you (and the smoother they do it) the more they're lying, 'specially if they don't need to give information at all.
