Ya know, I'd say I'm familiar with 16 or 17 of those songs, but I would have been hard-pressed to score 5 working them blind.

Really, though: these memes are real :headdesk: material. You know the songs and you know you do, but out of context they're almost impossible. The poetry one was horribly difficult. I'm never doing that one again... although it was fun to write it, but not to take it when other people did it.

You should do a "first lines from indie- and small-press short scifi stories" one. On second thought....

Actually, the :: headdesk :: aspect of this is fascinating, because if we'd played name that tune with the first few notes, I would have gotten a lot of them. Yet, I'm a word person, not a music person.
