I like how they've coopted Something Wicked This Way Comes from Ray Bradbury for the theme to the movie version of Prisoner of Azkaban.

Hating listening to Order of the Phoenix aside...

My desktop Harry Potter calendar yesterday had a picture of Gilderoy Lockhart's Most Charming Smile award from Witch Weekly. The amount of detail they went through to create these things is just amazing. Makes me almost wish I'd stuck with my original I-want-to-major-in-this in college - Theatre Arts & Fine Arts. Gosh. I was accepted to a program and everything.

Never too late, right?

Great minds think very much alike.

Did they coopt Bradbury, or The Scottish Play? I haven't heard the thing, so I have no idea if the music is similar to the cinematic version of Something Wicked (which, interestingly, starred Jim Dale being eeeeevil).

Well, of course Bradbury coopted from that Bill guy, but I figure it's like a LJ Meme - we credit the last place we remembered seeing it.

I might just go back and reread Macbeth, though, if I've nothing better to do this weekend. I can have flashbacks to watching Sir Ian McKellen do 'Acting Shakespeare' live on stage.
