I'll even make puppy dog eyes if you tell me you can help me. Pretty please, with a cherry on top? (Bonus points if you can give me the rest of Harvey Keitel's speech in that scene from Pulp Fiction, but it's not relevant to my windows problems.)
And if you're a real techno geek, I'll even describe the problem for you if you want to help me troubleshoot. In exchange for... well, you name it and I'll consider it.
