Wow, it's been a long, busy day.

First, a pretty silly new quiz. )

Second, the important thing:
Many, many hugs to [livejournal.com profile] zahdi.

Third. Yeah. I thought we'd lost Hectorcito today. I got back from dropping off Hannah at 9 this morning and Mitch had let him out, which isn't that unusual. But usually he's around off and on during the day and I never saw him... and there was a ton of construction going on around here. Around about 10:30 tonight I took the flashlight and went out looking for him. Not a single sign. Jack went and helped me look; he gets all agitated when his brother stays out too late. Then, about 15 minutes later, he finally came to the window looking to be let in. Wow. He was gone for a long, long time. Can we all say relieved together?

Fourth. I have to work tomorrow; why am I still awake? Oh, because we're finally catching up on Martin Scorsese's biography on Bob Dylan that was on earlier in the week, or last week, whenever it was, the days all run together but this is a really well-done documentary.

Fifth. Special thanks to you three for being so inspirational: [livejournal.com profile] dopplegl, [livejournal.com profile] lostinapapercup, and [livejournal.com profile] sff_corgi. As I used to say to my husband (and it became kind of an in-joke): ereht os. Get it? Got it? Good.

Sixth. Hannah's teacher is great. I'm so glad to see my daughter adoring school.

No more numbers. Work tomorrow; bedtime now.

Today's useless quiz )

[livejournal.com profile] lostinapapercup: v. w.? Heh.

I realized I promised someone -- [livejournal.com profile] kelleypen, I think? -- a classic rock Name That 20. So here goes. Step with the Black Dog beyond the veil. )

And that's about it for Saturday night's entertainment.
