Now. I think I might have just saved myself the cost of a new LNB: I reset it and it's working.
Go me. Why didn't they try that before they left on Saturday, I want to know? We'll see if the signal (which is about 10x stronger than it was before they removed the water-enclosing plastic thing off the end of the feeder horn) lasts through the night. If it does, we might not have to replace it after all, and I'm not at all fussed about how fast they get here to redo the cementing on the pole.
Hugs tosff_corgi for spamming my in-box this morning with so much fun stuff. I think that with all the instant communications at our disposal we get spoiled and forget just how much fun it is to have things waiting for us when we're not also online at the same time. Love you, girlfriend.
Scamp goes to the vet tomorrow. Yup yup yup, it's time.
Jasmine and Fudge also go for rabies shots. Yup yup yup, am I glad I have 3 cat carriers? You betcha. It's going to be a fun ride home.
