Visit All Done

I saw my parents off to the airport this morning, got them checked in, got their bags to x-ray, and showed them where to find the better food items at PDX. It was great to have them here and I am so lucky that they're the ones I grew up with. Really lucky.

Today I'm tired. Last night was the first time I've slept through the night in a very long time (I hate it when life imitates art), and I could use a good night's rest. It was great to have my folks here, but it's also nice to have the place to myself again for the time being.

Off to do legos with Hannah. Professor Lupin's classroom: should be a blast!
