So, I've been having no end of trouble with our ISP but finally, finally, I got past the call center to the real tech support line and wonder of wonders, they actually listened to what I had to say.

Direcway will be sending someone out to realign our satellite dish; I'm delighted to know that it's not just me who thinks it's insane that the satellite goes out every single night. But being the ex-techie that I am, I have a redundant system in place.

Dialup.

Go me. I shouldn't have to have it, but I do. I'm glad I do.

My massage practice is suddenly hugely busy. What's that all about? I'm not complaining, mind you. Clients are calling at all sorts of hours. I haven't worked Mondays since I started my practice, and I had a bunch of regulars call and want in this past Monday. I have a few new regular clients too, coming in weekly.

Time for me to get my own massage.

I'm helping teach again, Friday mornings this time. I noticed that working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is not optimal for me; I'd really rather not do the three days in a row. My body gets tired a lot more easily. I'm going to have to pay attention to that and modify my routine 'cause... well... I'm not getting any younger. I'd like to keep on being a practicing LMT for at least a few more years.

This has nothing to do with technology and everything to do with body mechanics.
