in_the_blueWe're back on dialup access! So I won't be here as much as usual because... only one phone line. Until the installers call and schedule in 3-5 days and figure out what's going on with the satellite internet connection.
Meh, the connections have been really slow anyhow, and I've been having to reset the modem at least once a day, and that doesn't seem right to me. So, we'll get it all fixed and in the meantime I'm oh so philosophical about it... and very glad that I kept my dialup service as backup. Yes, I am. Premonition or laziness -- whatever brought it on -- I'm thankful. Or I'd be paying $2/minute at Kinkos for the privilege of writing this to everybody.

Wonder how much I'll be paying to have service restored. Hmm. Wish me luck.
