Drabble Me This
In honor of Valentine's Day, a writing challenge!
Rules:
Fandom: any fandom.
Word count: According to my sources, a drabble is precisely 100 words. No more, no less.
Main theme: What's love got to do with it?
Ratings: No restrictions.
Duration: Challenge opens now (February 12) and runs for a week. Closes at the end of day Friday, February 19.
A while ago I did an experiment in precise writing with ficlets of exactly 100 words and it was so much fun and I felt so accomplished that I decided to do it again. But I get bored looking at my own stuff, so... here you go. We should all be able to come up with 100 words in a week's time, right?
Post your fics as comments to this entry, or post them in your own journal and link to your story below. Feel free to do as few or as many as you want, and if you read one, be sure to leave a review or a comment. Everyone's welcome, so spread the word.

Understanding
Word count: 100
Rating: PG-13 for nudity.
Understanding
Ukoku and Koumyou settle into the hotspring, disrupting the moon's reflection on water.
"Does it over bother you I killed your friend?" Ukoku breaks the meditative silence.
"Should it bother me?" Koumyou sinks back, breathing in languid steam.
"I'd be angry." Ukoku smiles, showing his teeth.
"I suppose you would, if you had friends to lose."
"Like you?"
Koumyou only smiles in reply.
Ukoku huffs a sigh, looking very teenaged. "Sometimes I don't understand you."
"Why are you trying?"
"I understand everything." He has to understand to take apart.
"Do you now?" Faint amusement, almost mocking.
A pause with gentle water sounds. Ukoku narrows dark, stubborn eyes. "It just takes time."
