Vacation's All I Ever Wanted

Ladies and gentlemen, I bring you Belize. I have more pictures, but these were my top 38 (the others got voted off along with Chekezie and Ramiele by a particularly ill-mannered and rowdy crowd who called my toll-free 866 -- not 800, please dial carefully -- number).

I hope you enjoy. The pictures are all annotated, but if you have any questions, ask away.

WOW for the pictures, or for the ones who got voted off Idol-style?

P.S. hi, you!

Wow for the pictures. I have a very close friend who spent a month in Belize and he has always raved about it. I am sure that you had a great time in such a beautiful place!

Oh, and Hi - I know. I am just not around. PhD school ain't easy. I sit down at my computer and say "don't open LJ until you have worked two good, productive hours." Then after two good, productive hours I am drained mentally and physically and usually just go to bed. I need to find the happy median because I cannot do this for FIVE years!!!

But the fun side is I am currently writing a really interesting paper (good that i find the topic interesting) on the adaptation of fanzines (self-published fan magazines) to the internet and how the sense of community has changed with the online presence.

Sorry - probably more then you wanted to know. That is what us insane people do - think that the rest of the world really cares about what we do. Vanity - a very weird trait. Must work on it.

:o)

That does sound interesting! Not even in an insane sort of way.

By the way, how'd the HP book ever do?
