Wow.

I missed yesterday. Not entirely, just over here. In my defense, I ended up working after all. But I'll be damned if I can remember what I did in any great detail.

Oh, wait. It's all coming back to me now. I watched 2 movies. Loved the first. Not so much the second. But.. you know... for a pair of parents and their preadolescent kid, it wasn't a bad pick. I didn't have to pay very close attention.

But the first one: yeah. That had all my attention. I love that film.

Now we're watching Heart of Gold. I kind of love Jonathan Demme anyhow, and even if I'm not that much of a Neil Young fan... well... my husband is and this was his father's day present.

Now. Aren't you glad for my movie travelog?

And wow. A lot of you need love and cheering today. Because there are so many of you...

OK. This movie is great. And like I said, I'm not a huge Neil Young fan.

But... why are things difficult all over today? Did the cosmos lose its sense of humor? Bah. *mood shift*
