in_the_blueEZboard, whom I pay for hosting our RP board, was hacked.
We've lost so much stuff. I don't know if anything else can be restored. What I'm most upset about losing are all the classes all my characters have taught the past 2 years... and all the vacation threads between Sirius and Medeni. Their honeymoon... I haven't even checked to see if we still have their wedding. If it's gone for good, I will cry great big fat and inconsolable tears. Right now I can't even get to the board to check on it. Maybe that's good. I'll try to be optimistic.
OK. The wedding is still there, and the reception. I am very thankful for small things.
I am very sad that I've lost 2 years' worth of Transfiguration classes. I can never recreate that stuff. Maybe it's a sign, I don't know.
In the meantime, I've moved the game to LiveJournal, where things appear to be a little more stable. Sigh.
I'm going on an overnight to Outdoor School with Hannah's class tomorrow. We leave at ungodly-o'clock-in-the-morning, and get back Friday afternoon. Wish me luck. There are 2 other moms going, and 5 dads, I think. When I went last year I got the flu. Like I said: wish me luck.
I did change my hair.
It has a lot of what I call "Weasley Twin Red" in it now. As soon as I can style it the way I like, I'll take a picture.
