Ten years. Rest peacefully, Jeff. On the other hand, death by drowning is such a Scorpio thing.
Okay. Now, on a more positive note. I like it when the week starts on Tuesday instead of Monday. It makes the time just fly by so much more nicely.
My weekend in a nutshell? Saw POTC3 and Shrek the Third. I won't put any spoilers here, so you can read on with reckless abandon. I thought both movies were very entertaining, not very deep, amusing in places, and fun. I don't know what it says about me that I prefer the first films in each trilogy, but my 12-year-old says with Pirates, #2 was the best and with Shrek, this #3 was the best.
It's going to be a busy few weeks here at the little house on the prairie. Hannah's almost done with school -- my inner 12-year-old pumps her fist at that concept -- and I'm signing her up for summer camps with reckless abandon today. It seems my International Man of Mystery threw away one of the camp brochures, notably the one for the public school's summer academy. Oops. If Hannah's still interested, we can swing by on the way home and pick one up. I can bring her into the office with me and she can see what the school's like.
In other news, work goes on. No decision is a decision all by itself (and isn't that zen of me). I have a small handful of the most devoted clients ever; they make me feel good about what I do. That's worth a lot.
Okay, this is random babbling, and not very interesting at that. Apropos of nothing, I've been having a little too much fun at
outpost_12 the past few weeks.
That's all. Cue Season 2 Outtake!Sawyer: I love you, man.
