2. It's cold here. I might actually have to shift away from the denim jacket and little purple zip-up sweatshirt into my leather bike jacket. My Sirius side will be so happy, neglected as he's been.


3. It's a good day for Samurai Champloo. I could do with some "on the road to Nagasaki" to take my mind off my frozen feet.


4. The designer who helped with our kitchen just stopped in to see how it looks. She asked if she could take pictures. I said: do it now, before it's too lived-in.


5. I was thinking about Vicious this morning. Don't ask why. I couldn't tell you.


6. Writing, writing, with lostinapapercup: it's so fun it's sinful.


7. Speaking of which. I have original fic in progress to work on. I thought I'd have time this week, but the week's just gotten away from me, as so often happens. Today, Mars is more important.

And... that's about it. I know this is totally random. That's what my brain is like some days. Oh, wait! There's more: Hannah's science fair was last night. It was insane. My daughter is such a little ham, such an actress. Put her on stage and she just shines. Drama club starts at the end of the month. She's all excited about that. So creative, her. I like to credit myself with some of it. Hell, she's even started writing her first fanfiction. She's just that cool.
