In other news: sometimes, things are just too fun. Unfortunately, Hannah having strep throat isn't one of them, although she was very good at the doctor's office yesterday. On the other hand, she's been on antibiotics for >24 hours so she can go back to school now. She actually told the doctor she didn't want to miss school, now that she finally has a teacher she likes. Did I mention that Hannah's pediatrician's sister is one of the principals at her school? I wonder how fast word travels, or how much that doctor-patient confidentiality thing holds with the wee ones.
At any rate, Mitch stayed home with Hannah so I could go to to work today. It's my first day back since I began my lookitallthesevitaminsandsupplements regimen and I felt a lot better. So. There.
But really, there are things that are too fun. Like... making up how the Fidelius Charm works on Dogstar, or playing out Bill trauma with Fleur (for good angst) or A Spike thread with Beth (for pure joy) on![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
milliways_bar, or finishing a really good book (hey! Finally made it through Howl's Moving Castle and I'm going to start rereading immediately because it was just that good) or knowing that there are really good friends out there amongst you people lurking and reading.
And one last random shoutout: I got to chat witherised1810 tonight, that was great. Hugs to you for bearing with me and my rambling thoughts, but really, you know about that party? I think it's almost over. I'll be a fairly disinterested observer in seeing how it ends. Like we said.
