Writing Challenge

By request, I'm extending this month's writing challenge by a few days. The last day to post will be on Saturday, May 28 instead of today. I've only contributed 2 drabbles to it this time... haven't much been in the mood. I thank everyone who's put something in there from the bottom of my heart.

Oh Yeah I Was Going to Write Something

It's so easy to get distracted.

First, hugs to sff_corgi and FEEL BETTER.

Second, we're finally having nice spring weather. So of course, I have to go to work.

Third, we might be doing a home remodeling project this summer. It's going to be absolutely insane. But when it's done, we'll have a kitchen we can actually USE. When I grew up, I think I spent more time in the kitchen than in any other room in the house. I did my homework there, I did all my drawing there, I wrote stories there. I probably even ate there. Seemed like the dining room was reserved for dinner, but everything else focused around the kitchen. I do think it will be really, really nice.

If we can afford it.

Speaking of which... off to work.
