I have new hair.

Well, no. It's just less of the old hair. It's all anime-style now, loved ones. More Spike-y. Not as green.

In a hopeful deviation from the norm, I'm sick of whining and complaining so I'm not going to. Much. Even though I'm completely and inexplicably exhausted from being crazy like Sirius and my shoulder is still out of whack from sleeping like Spike with one arm crossed beneath my head and cats fighting all night long.

OryCon this weekend. I get to go play with deborahlive when she's not being all important and speaking on panels, and I also get to meet fellow SQ author Barbara. It should be fun, even if Barbara wanted me to wear my Narcissa costume. Erm... no, the heels are killer. I can't walk around the Doubletree Hotel in those things for ten minutes, never mind ten hours. Really. But I might wear the Lucius/Draco locket that goes with it, if I can find it.

Since I didn't get my birthday wish, can I put in for a second request? I would really, really, really like a month off. From everything including except RPing. I want a chauffeur for a month and a nanny for a month and a housekeeper for a month and a personal assistant beta-reader who works as conscientiously as me for a month and a cat-caretaker for a month and an in-law caretaker for a month and heck, even a Stepford-Wife-Substitute for a month. I want a substitute massage therapist for a month to work on all my clients so my tendinitis can heal. I want someone else to do all my paperwork for a month. I want to go to someplace warm and sunny where they serve drinks in radioactive colors stuffed with ice and little umbrellas where my wireless laptop will work and I can listen to the waves on the sand and relax.

Can you guys make that happen for me?
