Who do I know who lives in Scotland?

I'm almost done listening to OotP, I've been bawling for two days now. It's so painful I can hardly stand it.

So, I go to the post office wiping away sniffles and there's a letter for me with no return address, and I look more closely and it's from the UK. All right, I've ordered some stuff from CMC and I'm thinking maybe this is a letter from them telling me they're never going to send it.

Then I look closer and see that it's not from England but from Scotland.
