I can't say I'm sorry to see you go. You have not been My Favorite Year.

(It's storming outside: like a gale. Time to start a fire in the wood stove and make egg rolls and hang out. Even though I didn't sleep last night, I'm determined to make it to midnight tonight to be quit with this year.)

2004, you had a few redeeming factors, damn you:

• Opening my door one day and having this big beautiful handsome friendly grey cat jump into my lap - welcome Captain Jack Sparrow.


• Finding Jack again after he was gone for a month.
• Visiting sff_corgi and meeting heidi8 in April.


• Writing.


• Mi familia.


• Spike.


• Mis amigos.


• Satellite internet access.


• Canis Major and Spike Jr.


• Sting and Annie Lennox at the Rose Garden.


• My surprise birthday party.


• Lost in Translation.


• Dogstar. Woof.
