Cats choose us. It's not like I had a lot of say in the matter. :)
The more the merrier. We have six cats, we have all manner of fish, raccoons, possums, skunks, deer. We used to have lizards, and if my husband had his way we'd have goats (but guess who would be taking care of them, hmm?). I want to fence the yard so we can get big dogs. We even had the school guinea pigs for a while. We're just a little old animal sanctuary here.
