Should be an interesting day!

On my role-play board, [livejournal.com profile] sosirius is finishing up an intensive year of study today by letting his long-term students discover their Animagus forms. It should be fun! Even for a RPB, people are still nervous and excited about it on their characters' behalf. It's fun and sweet! People stressed out over choosing their own forms, but true to the universe that JKR created, the forms are going to choose them today. And as Master and Commander, I'm the only one who knows everyone's forms before they do.

Just a little bit of power to have, eh? We'll probably get around to the first couple of transformations late this afternoon or this evening.

But this afternoon, Hannah and I are meeting [livejournal.com profile] deborahlive and Nicholas and going bowling. Hope I don't break my hand so I can't write class. That would be such a shame.

I know, I'm evil.

*laughs* I was in a RPG once. Not very good. A bunch of different people creating new characters that are perfect and have cool, but unrealistic, names...all are the main star of course. *raises eyebrows*

Well, we have membership by approval and a rather exhaustive application form. We only take people who can prove their writing and characterization skills... or who we think will improve. But if they don't, we boot them off.

People are always asking me if their friends have to apply. I always say yes; just because someone is a friend doesn't mean they can roleplay worth a bean.

Congrats on your newest Quill story, by the way.

I'm not sure if it made it on yet. I haven't seen an email from SQ yet. Unless you know something I don't. ;) Btw, I did send an email asking about the search engine. Didn't get an answer. :( Oh well, whats important is that I have at least one story on the Quill. :)

Oh, you won't get notification from the Quill, but your story is here (http://www.sugarquill.net/read.php?storyid=2021&chapno=1) and you have a dozen very lovely reviews already.

*laughs* I learned that. When you said "congrats..." I looked on the Quill, and low and behold...you were right! I'm glad that story is well-liked. I don't expect it to get much more reviews...but the fact that is was so well received...

Well, very gratifying. And thanks for pointing it out to me. :)
