Hot.
Weird day. Slept till almost nine, woke up to the most detestable Rush Limbaugh on the clock-radio... last time I do that. He definitely ruined The Pretenders for me with his theme song. Then played cleanup for a while, woke up Hannah, and went to work. Now I'm back for a few, then going back to work again... like I said, weird day.
A lot less angsty than yesterday, which is good. Had the yummiest Carib food last night, rode around with my sweetheart in the convertible, top down, A/C blasting, and drove into the hills to look out over the whole valley and the sunset. It was lovely.
And miracle of miracles, some AU residents are being nicer today. Some. So it's not so draining and exhausting.
On the other hand, my mother-in-law arrives tonight and moves here permanently. That will be... interesting. Different. She stays with us until her furniture arrives, in a week or two.
