I was just thinking...

I know not all of you share my taste in music and musical stuff, but being the ex-roadie I am, I have a fondness for a lot of music, different types of it. Because of the time of year I've had Jeff Buckley on my mind, and today I watched this excellent BBC documentary on him (it'll cost an hour of your life to watch it, but nothing else). I think people are either big fans or they hate his stuff; there doesn't seem to be a lot of middle ground. It was kind of fascinating to see what expectations the record industry people had for him. And those of you in my... uh... age bracket, look out for Patti Smith. I've been mistaken for her in the past. I don't think I should ever have been, but... that's what it is, so I pass it along to you for grins.

In the meantime, I'm just waiting for Lost and trying to avoid spoilers, thought I'd pass this along. And... I can't wait till summer.

Hey, Yvonne! Hi!

Lilac Wine just started playing on iTunes. If I could have a voice like that - or sing in that high falsetto he does on Corpus Christi Carol - I'd be happy. (Understatement)

And yeah, I was mistaken for her a time or two at concerts. Go figure.
