OK.
Two character journals I know of so far have gotten a message like this.
Hello sosirius, i saw something like this at [a href=http: //art-attack.com /users/ andy21/ 928523.html] random LJ username and nonexistent post here[/a]
Don't Click The Link. Especially not if you use Internet Explorer; it links to a virus.
Bah humbug. Nothing's safe.
