So first:

Happy birthday, angelofthenorth!

I just noticed that JK Rowling's web site is wishing Ginny Weasley a happy birthday on 11 August. Who knew. Hey, themorningstarr, maybe if she keeps this up we'll find out Draco's birthday for sure! (holding out for December...)

I get to be resident expert and speak at the massage school tomorrow. Last time I did this I was the senior massage therapist on the panel. That suddenly felt like a big responsibility. I do my very very best to inspire and be honest about it all. But today I think jet lag and heat are just catching up with me; I got almost enough sleep but I'm just exhausted. Hannah and cedricsmistress and I went to feed the goats at the farm and there was a brand-new ickle baby goat. Yes, janeylou, they have sheep. We fed and petted them, too. But ultimately it was far too hot and oppressive so we left. Must needs lots of ice water.

Interesting how Gryffindors all seem to be fire signs - the twins are I think Aries, and obviously there's lots of Leos around ;)

Well, there are Ron the Pisces and Hermione the Virgo to buck that trend, and I don't believe any of the MWPP crew are Leos. Enough's enough.

Hope you had a wonderful birthday, regardless of the fact that JKR missed sharing Ginny's birthday with you by just a few hours.
